The Institute of Human Resources and eLearning Technology are focused on training regarding the current Digital Era, Technology learning, interdisciplinary integration, brand innovation, all-around operations management, people skills, technology content for the use of learning, media communication and innovation for the research and development for sustainability. In response to the era of high-tech enterprises that promote education and learning in the workplace, high demand for digital learning technology, the institute plans to develop Information Technology capability, and digital material capability, education and training skills that meet the requirements and manpower necessary for today’s companies.The institute plans to integrate graduates with corporate human resources development and eLearning with hopes of an application of dual professional knowledge in the field, and plans to cultivate well-rounded HR professionals that can assist enterprises with human resource systems, culture professional training for development and evaluation capabilitiesin order to provide a wider range of entry fields after graduation. The institute plans to have a symposiums along with seminars and other activities in order to strengthen the exchange of teachers and students with industries, academia and various other fields.
The institute aims to foster digital learning and technology for learning. The human resources group aims to focus on organizational development, educational training and career development. the eLearning group intend to focus on developing learning technology, designs for learning, and media integration. With these in mind, interdisciplinary integration is a priority.
The curriculum of the human resources group are categorized mainly by human resources management and development as the main focus, with strict curriculum design and teaching in order to cultivate students to develop ability in theory and practice.
As part of the curriculum, the Institute focuses on the development of research programs and teaching human resource development with the emphasis on changes in trends and new technology in hopes that the practice of eLearning can be introduced into school curriculums at all levels and enterprises.
