Abstract

　　Performance evaluation is a common issue in many fields. However, two kinds of problems can be encountered: (1) how to synthesize independent scoring systems in group decision settings, and (2) how future/unknown data fit into the evaluation models. In this talk, two hybrid approaches are presented for the issues mentioned above: (1) group-based DEA with MODM and (2) hybrid DEA and SVM methods.
