  論文可以中文或英文撰寫，研討會將分為中文場及英文場，以英文投稿錄取者，請以英文發表。

  審核通過並在本研討會正式發表的論文將刊登於第十四屆國際人力資源發展研討會論文集，ISSN號碼為2072-926X。

  This conference accepts manuscript submissions written in English or Chinese. The paper presentations for accepted English papers will be arranged in English-speaking sessions.

  Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of 2016 International Conference on Human Resource Development, with the ISSN number 2072-926X.

  Edit your manuscript in MS Word following the 6th edition of APA guideline.

  Keep your manuscript within 5000 words, with an abstract of not more than 250 words.
